Please find attached the Yorkshire Amateur League Matchday Signing-on Form for the 2023/24 season.

This form must be fully completed and returned to the rRegistration Secretary within 48 hours of the match. A player registered using this form shall not play again in any other Yorkshire Amateur League match until they have been properly registered on the Whole Game System.

A maximum of 2 players per league fixture may be registered using this form. Players cannot be registered for Cup matches using this form.
