Guidelines to reduce fixture congestion.

If the home pitch is not playable, and the away team has a fit pitch, then the match must take place on the opposition pitch.
Clubs should look for alternative venues.
Clubs should consider using astroturf, or third generation pitches, where available, e.g. K2 at Crawley.
Teams should consider using half term, where both managers can raise a team.
Double headers should be used, where teams have not played one another in the league so far this season, and where both teams agree.
When re-scheduling games, the decision of the Div. Rep. is final.
Evening games should should be used when the clocks go forward.
It is the managers responsibility to rearrange previously cancelled or postponed games and ensure that these are played before the end of the season which is the 19 April. Managers MUST advise the Div Rep o the dates and times of any rearranged fixtures.
