2010 -11 League Entry Forms

The two forms that need to be completed and returned to the League's General Secretary by March 31st 2010, relating to entry to the League for season 2010-11, can be accessed here. Both the Entry form itself and the Declaration form must be returned to the General Secretary by the due date. Only return a cheque for £30 if you intend to enter more teams in the League next season than you did this season.
